What happens to your photos, step by step

You are trusting us with pictures of your face. This page lists everything we do with them and when we delete them.

    Stored encrypted

    Every photo is stored encrypted with AES-256 and travels between your phone and us over TLS.

  2. 02

    Selfies deleted after use

    Your selfies are deleted as soon as your headshots are made. The free preview works the same way.

  3. 03

    Headshots deleted after 30 days

    Your gallery stays online for 30 days after delivery so you have time to download. Then it is deleted, or sooner if you ask.

  4. 04

    We never train AI on them

    We use your photos only to make your headshots. We don't sell them, put them in ads or build a model from them. Our image provider gets them only for your order, keeps no request history and deletes its copies within a day.

    Private links only

    Your upload page and gallery open only from the private link we email you. Nothing is public or searchable.

  6. 06

    Card details go to Stripe

    Stripe processes the payment. Your card number never reaches our servers.

  7. 07

    Free previews

    To stop abuse we keep scrambled codes made from your email and internet address for up to 30 days. We never store the addresses themselves.
